The stairs will lead you to an underground lair. Head over and pull the lamp and a secret room will open. When you open the door, you will go back to the first area where the lamp you scanned earlier is now active when you scan it. Once you are done, head to the exit in the first room. Scan it and it will open and activate the second powerline by clicking the button. Scan the book and you will hear your character say something about a hollow book. Follow the cables and find the door which will lead into the main room of The Powers Club. When you scan, you should see two white power cables leading upstairs. How to activate power to the hidden mechanism at The Powers Club When you scan again, you will also find a hidden mechanism attached to the powerlines but it’s not working because the power is dead. Titans' Nightwing did it anyway, but by at least showing Stephanie scared and wanting to heal her family, it'd be a more nuanced approach to the topic. Admittedly, it'd be a bold move as superhero shows hinge on the teens embracing the vigilante life. And for Turner's team to think deeply about their future in a story that idealistically has them taking down gangs en route to the Owls. Thus, this is a great opportunity for Stephanie to be a statement on this concept of child soldiers. The lore exemplifies this with Jason's death at Joker's hands and the clown damaging Barbara. It's a philosophy other heroes have queried as well, as such sidekicks run the risk of dying or being severely injured. He felt Bruce turned the Robins into a cult following him blindly, which broke Jason into becoming the Red Hood. It was seen when Titans' Nightwing was angry about him and Jason being weaponized. The issue is the idea of Batman conditioning kids to be heroes when they might not be prepared for it. It leans into an issue with Batman that old and current comics, such as Batman: The Audio Adventures, have been addressing. Harper had to save her, realizing she was not cut out for the job. It showed in a drug bust when she froze up and almost died. While Stephanie has that Oracle-like energy, she knows she's not mentally or physically sound for the field.
